1. Do you need access to my accounts or passwords?
Answer:
No, we do not need and do not want access to your accounts or passwords. To ensure your security and privacy, we go as far as to create dummy accounts with you. This allows us to assist you without needing any details about your actual accounts—only the provider's name is required.
Our aim- Is to provide you with the knowledge to perform the same on your own account.
2. Can you recover accounts once they have been taken?
Answer:
Unfortunately, we cannot recover accounts once they have been compromised. In such cases, we recommend contacting the account provider directly for assistance, as we are unable to offer recovery services.
However, an often used tactic is to attempt to compromise other accounts using the same stolen credentials and we can absolutley help before this happens.
3. Can you set up protection on my accounts for me?
Answer:
Currently, we offer screen-sharing support for up to 1 hour as part of our available package. At Home Cybersmart, our goal is to empower you with the knowledge and confidence to secure your accounts. Through our support calls, we guide you step-by-step so you can set up and maintain your own protection.
